Order cancellation

Withdrawal

In any case, to exercise the right of return/replacement, the returned product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging (if any) and with all the accessories that came with it (accessory tags). All the products offered by www.neiris.gr are of first quality, in the exceptional case of receiving a defective product, please inform us immediately and we will replace the product at our own expense (defects resulting from accident, negligence will not be compensated or bad/violent use).

Payment methods
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our store, neiris.gr offers you the following alternative payment methods
Cash (cash on delivery)
Payment to the driver of our company or the cooperating courier company at the time of receipt of your order. Cash on delivery costs are set at €2.50 for all of Greece.
There is no additional cost for payment upon delivery to the store.
Payment by credit/debit card (ePOS)
You can pay through Piraeus Bank's secure ePOS Payments service where you will securely enter your card details.
By deposit to a bank account
You can pay for your order by depositing into one of the bank accounts (via e-banking or at a bank branch).
**Bank charges and commissions are borne entirely by the customer.

Payment must be made within 3 business days.
